## Do I need design experience to use it?
No. The platform is designed for anyone who needs to solve problems systematically — product managers, founders, students, educators, and consultants. The structured stages and AI guidance walk you through each step.

## How does the AI work?
The AI uses large language models to generate research, personas, problem statements, ideas, screen concepts, test plans, and feedback analysis. It maintains your project context across all stages, so every output is relevant to your specific challenge. When you use AI features that require web research, the AI searches the web for real-world data.

## Is my data private?
Yes. Your project data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption. When AI features are used, your data is sent to AI providers solely for processing and is not stored by them beyond the request. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

## What are credits?
Credits are the currency for AI operations. Every user gets 20 free credits per month. Different operations cost different amounts: text-based AI assistance costs 1 credit, web research costs 2 credits, image generation costs 5 credits, and report generation costs 2 credits. You can purchase additional credit packs that never expire.

## What's the difference between Free and Pro?
The Free tier includes 3 projects and 5 images per project. The Pro tier ($9.99/month) includes 50 projects and 20 images per project. Both tiers receive 20 free AI credits per month and can purchase additional credits.

## Can I export my work?
Yes. You can export your entire project as a comprehensive report that includes all data from every stage — research findings, personas, problem statements, ideas, prototypes, and test results.

## What AI models do you use?
We use a combination of state-of-the-art large language models, automatically selecting the best model for each operation. The platform optimizes for quality and speed depending on the task.

## Can I go back to a previous stage?
Yes. The design thinking process is iterative by nature. You can navigate freely between stages at any time. Your data in each stage is preserved.

## How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Pricing page when logged in. Click 'Manage Subscription' to access the billing portal.
